German Pie with Mini Maizena
250g Mini Maizena Coroa biscuit (at least 2 packages)
2 cans of milk cream (with serum)
1 cup of sweet milk
1 ½ teaspoon of flavorless gelatin
200g of cream
200g dark chocolate
Mix the cream, dulce de leche, gelatin (already hydrated according to the manufacturer's instructions) in a bowl to make the cream.
Line the bottom of the chosen shape with a layer of Mini Maizena Coroa biscuits. Pour some of the cream until all the cookies are covered. Repeat this process until the cream is finished. Then place the last layer of cookies.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
For the frosting, melt the chocolate and mix with the cream until smooth.
Remove the pie from the refrigerator after the estimated time, then cover it with the chocolate icing and place it back in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Take it out of the fridge after that time, cut it to your liking and enjoy it.
