Alfajor with Mini Maria
1 packet of Mini Maria Coroa biscuit
1 can of milk sweet
300g chopped milk chocolate bar
With a knife, pass a little milk sweet in two Mini Maria Coroa biscuits, close like a sandwich and reserve. Repeat this same operation until the package of biscuits runs out.
Melt the chopped milk chocolate in a water bath, always stirring.
Line a tray with parchment paper.
With the help of two forks, bathe the alfajor in melted milk chocolate and distribute it on the tray.
Then place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens (about 30 min).
Retire and you are ready to enjoy this delight.
